1. Skill Training Programs:

  • Paid Training Courses: Individuals pay fees to enroll in skill development courses offered by training institutes, vocational centers, or online platforms.

  • Specialized Skill Workshops: Short-term, specialized workshops or certification programs where participants pay for training in specific skills or trades.

2. Placement Assistance Programs:

  • Fee-for-Service Placement: Programs that offer job placement assistance or career counseling services for a fee, helping individuals find employment after completing training.

3. Government-Sponsored Training with Partial Fee:

  • Partially Funded Programs: Some government-initiated skill development programs require a nominal fee from participants, with the rest of the costs subsidized by the government.

4. Corporate Training Programs:

  • Skill Enhancement Programs for Employees: Employers may provide skill development training to their workforce, with fees covered by the company or partially subsidized.

5. Specialized Skill Certification Programs:

  • Certification Exams and Assessments: Individuals pay fees to take exams or assessments for specialized certifications recognized in specific industries.

6. Advanced or Specialized Skill Courses:

  • Advanced Skill Development: Courses or programs offering advanced or specialized skill training in niche areas, often involving higher fees due to the expertise provided.

7. Entrepreneurial Training Programs:

  • Business Skill Development: Training programs focusing on entrepreneurial skills, business development, or start-up guidance that require a fee for participation.

8. Online Learning Platforms:

  • Subscription-based Learning: Some skill development platforms offer subscription-based models where individuals pay a recurring fee for access to a range of courses and resources.

9. Skill Development Bootcamps:

  • Intensive Training Programs: Short-term, intensive bootcamps that provide immersive training in specific skills for a condensed period, often requiring a fee for participation.

10. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programs:

  • CPD Offerings: Professionals in various fields pay fees to enroll in CPD programs to stay updated with industry advancements and maintain certifications.

Fee Based Schemes

In terms of composition, the council shall be headed by Chairperson, it will have two Executive members and three Non – Executive members along with a Nominated member
